IT/Network Support

We are looking for qualified candidates to join our Professional Services Team!  You will get to travel amongst the Michiana area to provide IT service & support our client base.  Our client base covers a variety of industries, systems, setups, applications & situations.  A successful candidate will have experience with the required list of qualifications (listed) as well as excellent communication, problem solving and customer relation skills. Candidate will need to be self-motivated, work wellindependently as well as within a team.

Job Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Industry certifications a plus

Contract Billing Manager

Office: Corporate Office in South Bend, IN

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking an individual to manage our Contract Billing Department & run our contract process. We have contracts for our client’s copiers, printer & digital signs in all states.  You will manage a team to successfully manage these contracts along with communicate with our manufacturers & other dealers. The person assuming this role will work alongside our sales staff, leasing, service, and accounts receivable departments. We consider ourselves only able to take care of our customers as a team! This position is based in our South Bend office and will interface with offices in Indiana, Michigan, and Florida. Work with friendly colleagues in a clean, professional environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the billing & renewals of contracts
  • Ensures timely and accurate processing of all contract billings
  • Update internal contract data
  • Timely and accurately enter equipment orders
  • Follow up on tracking orders
  • Meet monthly deadlines
  • Other duties as requested by management
  • Assigns, distributes and coordinates work to ensure consistent, efficient and timely delivery of service
  • Customer service
